Low Temperature Sulfurizing (LS)

The Low Temperature Sulfurizing (LS) Process is an epoch-making surface treatment with the forming of a sulfurized layer made by electrolytic reaction originally developed by the French company Hydromecanique et Frottement (H.E.F.). Since the process temperature is as low as 190°C, it will never damage the dimensional accuracy or mechanical feature of the processed products. In actuality it improves the life span of those products, protecting them from damage of the friction.
